The information comes from the official PlayStation Blog, where Marcus Smith, creative director of Insomniac Games, shares a large amount of information about the characters and music of "Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart" and a large amount of information about the music A new trailer has also been released

The big news here, We finally have a name for the mysterious Lombax woman who appeared in Rift Apart's first trailer: it's Rivet, and while Rivet's identity is unclear (the author's guess is "an alternate universe version of Ratchet"), we do know she will play a major role in the story In fact, in the trailer, she is teamed up with Clank to traverse the levels, Ratchet-style, which means she will be the fifth playable character ever in this long-running series (Followed, of course, by Ratchet, Clank, Captain Quark, and Dr Nefarious)
