"Sunny" is an interesting thriller that I personally look forward to seeing Starring Rashida Jones as Susie, an American woman living in Kyoto, Japan Her life is turned upside down when her husband and son go missing in a plane crash with no explanation This tragedy leads her to be given an advanced household robot, Sunny (voiced by Joanna Tonomura), created by her husband's electronics company (which she did not even know existed)
Initially, Susie resists Sunny's presence, but the two eventually form a unique bond The two explore the mystery behind their family's disappearance and soon discover a dark reality that overturns Susie's understanding of the world she knew before the disappearance of those closest to her
