Here is a complete overview of Samsung's Galaxy Watch and devices that will have access to Energy Score on day one or through a later software update:
If you have one of these watches (or Galaxy Ring), you can view energy scores based on sleep, activity, sleep heart rate, and sleep heart rate variability However, there are other precautions that must be met besides having the correct watch model
A Samsung smartphone with Galaxy AI capability is required As of this writing, you must own a Galaxy S22 or later Earlier Samsung smartphones are not compatible with Energy Score
