John B Routledge (as Chase Stokes), Sarah Cameron (as Madeline Klein), Chiara Carrera (as Madison Bailey), Pope Hayward (as Jonathan Davis), and JJ Maybank ( Rudy Pankow) are nearing the end of their wait to be reunited [Carasia Grant as Cleo, Austin North as Topper, Drew Starkey as Rafe, and Fiona Palomo as Sophia (the latter was promoted to series regular in the fourth season)

Also on board is David Jensen as Wes Jennett, who offered Pogue a new adventure in the Season 3 finale: a search for the treasure of a notorious English pirate known as Blackbeard, for a hefty reward After some financial setbacks, John B, Sarah, Chiara, JJ, Pope, and Cleo accept Wes' offer and are pulled back into the 'G' game for a whole new adventure,” reads the Netflix synopsis
It is unclear if the two main cast members, Charles Estin as Sarah's father Ward Cameron and Charles Halford as John B's father Big John, will join the new cast for season 4 However, “The Outer Banks” is known for big surprises, so it would not be shocking to hear of one or two fake deaths next season
