The first movie you should definitely stream this weekend is “Alien: Romulus.” Directed by horror master Fede Alvarez, this seventh installment in the “Alien” franchise sits between “Alien” and “Aliens” in the series timeline. The story follows a group of young space colonists who want to leave their mining colony and start anew, and end up on an abandoned space station. Initially searching for cryopods and other vital resources, their mission soon turns into a nightmare when they encounter the deadliest life form in the universe.
The film features Rain Carradine (played by the phenomenal Cary Spaney). Raine is the fierce new heroine who takes over from Sigourney Weaver's legendary Ripley. Carradine proves to be tough, leading the fight for survival in this gripping, tense horror thriller.

Netflix's latest hit is the crime thriller Woman of the Hour. It is based on the true story of Rodney Alcala (played by Daniel Zovatto), also known as “The Dating Game Killer.” Alcala was a serial killer in the 1970s who appeared on the television matchmaking show “The Dating Game.”
On the show he wins a date with contestant Cheryl Bradshaw (played by Anna Kendrick), but she later turns him down due to his disturbing behavior. Unbeknownst to her, Alcala has been on a killing spree. The film delves into the chilling events surrounding this encounter and the crimes of Alcala, who is alleged to have murdered numerous young women.

“Brothers” follows a reformed criminal (Josh Brolin) trying to lead a straight life, only to be thrown back into chaos when his violent and unpredictable twin brother (Peter Dinklage) gets him involved in a massive heist. The brothers embark on a perilous road trip filled with danger, run-ins with the law, and a meddling mother, and must repair their strained relationship while fending off threats that could tear them apart before they achieve a once-in-a-lifetime score.
Just from the trailer, the entire movie looks fun and outrageous. Plus, it's already in the top 10 on Prime Video, so it could already be a hit.

With Halloween approaching, now is the perfect time to watch the best horror movie of the past two years. It's a supernatural horror set in 1977 on a live late-night talk show hosted by Jack Delroy (David Dastmalchian). In an attempt to boost the show's flagging ratings, Jack airs a Halloween special featuring a series of spooky guests, including a psychic, a skeptical debater, and a young girl named Lily (Ingrid Torelli) who claims to be possessed by a demonic entity.
During the broadcast, ominous events unfold, chaos and evil are unleashed on live television, and viewers experience unexplainable and terrifying phenomena. “Wild Robots” is inspired by Peter Brown's beloved children's book. A robot named Roz (voiced by Lupita Nyongo) wakes up stranded on a remote island. With no memory of his own arrival on the island, Roz must navigate this strange environment in order to survive. Observing the local wildlife and natural environment, she gradually learns to adapt and eventually develops a bond with the animals and becomes an integral part of the ecosystem.
The film primarily delves into the theme of belonging. The film depicts Roz's journey of self-discovery as she encounters various obstacles and threats, but also understands how to peacefully coexist with her environment.
