We have been waiting for the Samsung Galaxy S20 Fan Edition to show its face as the successor to the Galaxy S10 Lite in Samsung's smartphone lineup Apparently, this smartphone will be available soon
The phone, named Samsung Galaxy S20 FE, was posted on Samsung's Philippine website very briefly earlier today (September 9), but was later removed (probably because someone found a mistake) Fortunately, tech leaker Evan Blass caught wind of this information and was able to capture images of Samsung's sales page and a photo of the phone itself with the six color variations listed
The screenshots below show that the two colors of the S20 Fan Edition are Cloud Navy and Cloud Lavender
Like the Samsung Galaxy S20 itself, the Fan Edition has a small pinhole-sized front camera at the top center of the front, with three sensors set up on the back
Elsewhere on the page, the Galaxy S20 Fan Edition is listed as having 128GB of storage and dual SIM support No price is listed We have heard rumors that the S20 FE will cost around $750 This would make the line competitive with the upcoming iPhone 12 and its rumored $699 price, while providing a lower-priced alternative for Samsung fans who are not looking to break the bank with the standard S20 lineup that starts at $999
Other leaked Galaxy S20 Fan Edition specs include a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor, 8GB of RAM, and a 4,500mAh battery While the phone is likely considered a step down from the regular S20 handset, its battery is slightly larger than the 4,000 mAh battery found in the standard S20
This, in addition to the recent regulatory clearance, suggests that the Galaxy S20 Fan Edition will be officially announced relatively soon Stay tuned for more Tom's Guide
