Google Pixel4a looks smooth in this new video

The Pixel 4a is rumored to be Google's next mid-range device There is still little concrete evidence of its existence, but that hasn't stopped people from dreaming up its appearance

This new design was created by ConceptCreator and brought to us by LetsGoDigital (via T3), as the design looks similar to what was seen in a rendering published by OnLeaks, so we finally get hope that the phone we will be getting looks a lot like this one

Some features have been carried over from previous Pixels: the black rear camera patch of the Pixel 4 is here, except this time with a single lens on the 4a The contrasting color of the power switch, originally from the Pixel 3a, also appears here The rear fingerprint sensor in the rounded center of the back is also from the Pixel 3a and disappeared in the Pixel 4 for the Face Unlock feature

What is new is the punch-hole front camera Previous Pixel models had a large bezel at the top to accommodate the camera, but this is an archaic design in a smartphone market where users want maximum display space

Missing from these renderings is a headphone jack, which was present on the Pixel 3a but not on the Pixel 3 and Pixel 4, so hopefully Google will keep the family line alive and include it on the Pixel 4a It makes sense for many users, especially those looking for a cheaper phone and not necessarily upgrading to wireless headphones

The Pixel 4a is expected to debut at Google's I/O developer conference in May If you can't wait until then for a less expensive Google smartphone, we'd also recommend the Pixel 3a This 2019 smartphone is a fraction of the price of the leading smartphones on the market, yet it can do everything you want, has the benefit of Google's genius software for photo processing and Google Assistant features, and even has great battery life
