Nintendo is working on a follow-up to its beloved Switch console This should not be a surprise to anyone, as the endless stream of leaks about the console seems to keep falling 

The latest leak comes from a Famiboard user named fwd-bwd They claim to have seen a post on a Chinese message board from a line worker who claims to be working on making Nintendo's next console They claim that the system has entered full production, and each worker is expected to make 1000 units per day 

It's impossible to know how many consoles Nintendo is producing without knowing how many workers there are in the factory, but it sounds like an aggressive manufacturing plan 

Perhaps more interesting is the seeming confirmation of the name of the system — the user of the message board means that Switch 2 is the name of the console, and in fact Nintendo has already confirmed that the next console will be included in the Switch family

The Message board post claims that the new switch is slightly larger than its predecessor, has a smaller bezel and comes with a black and white Joy-Con controller Another report from Taiwan Economic Daily supports this, while claiming that the new console will offer better battery life, some AI features, possibly NVIDIA DLSS support and a dual screen design
