When using Always On mode, the Series 10 screen now updates every second instead of every minute, allowing users to keep track of the time at a glance

The popular sleep apnea detection tool is also now available on the Series 10 This complex disorder, in which breathing stops and starts repeatedly during sleep, can increase the risk of heart-related conditions and stroke If the device detects signs of this disease, the user receives an alert prompting them to undergo further medical analysis

However, unlike the latest Samsung Galaxy Watch, Apple's sleep apnea detection feature has not yet received FDA approval

Series 10 features the latest watchOS 11 software, which allows users to pause the Activity Ring, use Apple's Check In safety feature, check proper health data with the new Vitals app, access the 20-language Many new features include access to Apple's Translate app from the wrist

The Apple Watch 10 looks like a more attractive update than last year's model, with a redesigned design that includes a thinner case and a larger, brighter screen We also appreciate the new, useful sleep apnea detection tool and hope it will be approved in the US by the end of the year [The Jet Black aluminum model and the ultra-lightweight titanium option look particularly appealing
