Disney Plus has set a distribution date for “Deadpool & Wolverine” and announced the production of a major Marvel television show.

Compared to recent years, the Marvel Cinematic Universe has been fairly quiet throughout most of 2024.

If I'm not mistaken, only three new MCU films hit the screens this year: “Echo,” “Deadpool & Wolverine,” and “Agatha All Along” (minus the excellent “X-Men '97”). But judging by the new sizzle reel on Disney Plus, it looks like Marvel will be back in business in a big way soon.

On Tuesday (October 29), a Disney Plus user discovered that the streamer was airing a new teaser ahead of “Agatha All Along” Episode 1.

The short clip was subsequently shared on X and includes footage (and premiere window/release date) of many of the MCU's anticipated shows, including “Daredevil”: also “Daredevil: Born Again,” “My Neighbor Spider-Man,” and “Marvel Zombies.” The film's footage (and premiere period/release date) is included.

Those of you who have been waiting in the wings, wondering when you will be able to stream “Deadpool & Wolverine” from the comfort of your own home, will be pleased to know that this clip confirms that the hit film will soon be available on Disney Plus as well.

If you haven't seen the new footage yet, we've embedded the clip below so you can see what's in store:

If you've been a little too busy to check out the release date flashed up at the end of the new teaser, Marvel with all the exciting new footage If you've been a little busy watching, we've listed each of the MCU projects shown below and when they are currently scheduled to air on Disney Plus:

I'll be the first to admit that I've been pretty far off the Marvel bandwagon until recently. That said, I'd be lying if I said I wasn't excited about what's to come with this new teaser.

While the “Daredevil”: Bourne Again footage is definitely the biggest draw, I also really like the art style of “My Neighbor Spider-Man.” Also, don't forget that “Captain America” will also be released, although not featured in the video above: “Brave New World,” “Thunderbolts,” and “Fantastic Four”: First Steps. And the two events “Secret Wars,” featuring Robert Downey Jr. as Doctor Doom, are coming up in a few years, which many of us will be very much looking forward to.

All in all, it is hard to shake the feeling that next year is going to be a pretty bright year for the MCU. The end of the undeniably shaky multiverse saga is in sight, and there are many good things in store.
